Just ask CarsDirect.com. They saw the number of visitors to their web site double during a six month period. The jump in visitors wasn't the result of a barrage of advertising; the company simply redesigned its web site. How We Can Help

Our designers continually study the successful web sites that have rated highly in user research surveys and determine the common design elements that contributed to their success. And just as importantly, we also examine what causes other sites to rate poorly. This information is incorporated into the design of each and every web site we produce.

For example, the top of the page is the likeliest place for a navigation bar, which takes the visitor to the most important sections of the site. Conversely, web sites that open with splash pages that have little more than an animated logo and a "click here to enter" button, while initially visually appealing, lose their charm on the third or fourth visit. (How many times have you hit the "skip" button to get beyond the an opening Flash animation?).

We have included an analysis of how users use web sites and why they do what they do.  We have also put together a "top ten" list of web design principles that we adhere to whenever possible.
