Business Management Solution
 Project:
This system was originally planned to enable scheduling appointments
for a large number of field service personnel. However,
working closely with the client allowed us to add ancillary services
to the solution, including invoicing, accounting, payroll,
logistics, customer relationship management and other valuable
functions.
Benefits: Simplifies the
management of the business while reducing costs. Built with the
ability to web-enable the application, as well as make it
transportable to handheld devices and integrate it with other
systems.
Immediately improved productivity of call center staff as well as
field service representatives.

CRM Solution
 Project:
The
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system shown at the right was implemented in a
large international financial institution. The system was designed
to have hundreds concurrent users over a wide area network (WAN).
Benefits: Enables various
divisions and regional offices to better track customer needs and
sales activities, resulting in increased cross-divisional sales.

Transaction Processing Solution
 Project:
At the right is the opening screen
for a loan transaction processing system implemented by a major
bank. The system was designed to handle thousands of
transactions a day from a number of geographically dispersed
locations.
Benefits: The system
increased the number of transactions processed per person by more
than 75% and sharply decreased error rates.
