 Project:
This system was originally planned to enable scheduling appointments
for a large number of field service personnel. However,
working closely with the client allowed us to add ancillary services
to the solution, including invoicing, accounting, payroll,
logistics, customer relationship management and other valuable
functions.
Benefits: Simplifies the
management of the business while reducing costs. Built with the
ability to easily web-enable the application, as well as make it
transportable to handheld devices.

 Project:
The
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system shown at the right was implemented in a
large international financial institution. The system was designed
to have hundreds concurrent users over a wide area network (WAN).

 Project:
This database was developed to service charity auctions, although it
has the capacity to be adopted in a retail environment.

aspects of charity auction, including tracking auction item
donations, sponsorships, invitation lists, attendee lists, name tags
for attendees, production of the auction program, real-time checkout
and receipt generation, thank-you letters, tax letters, etc.

 Project:
At the right is the opening screen
for a loan transaction processing system implemented by a major
bank. The system was designed to handle thousands of
transactions a day from a number of geographically dispersed
locations.
Benefits: The system
increased the number of transactions processed per person by more
